Merry CHRISTmas!!!!

I am so thankful that Christ was born. So thankful that He was born just so He could give us an example of how to live and then die a crazy death just so that we might be saved.....if we choose to do so.....and not spend an eternity in a blazing pit of fire. What a gift!! Really, the only gift that matters at all. What an amazing, loving, forgiving, gracious, compassionate SAVIOR He is that He would do all that for a nobody like me! I am nothing and still He loves me. When nobody else cares if I live or die, He does.

Ladybug

Sweetest thing on the planet!!! She is getting so independent and opinionated and her facial expressions put everyone in our house into laughter. She is doing so many things on her own and trying so hard to walk. I can not believe she is two. She is over the "in the hospital every three months" hump and has not been in for anything in several months! She has OT twice a week, PT once a week and Speech once a week. She has about 20 or so words she will say on purpose and she is getting into everything! She is a serious man baby! She prefers her Daddy or brother over mom and Papa over Mimi. She is just the most amazing girl! I am so proud of her and how well she is doing and how hard she tries!

Yea...he is not wrapped.

Mimi and Papa with sweet cheeks!

Brushing her teeth like a big girl!

Trying to wake up brother.

FYI...she likes Dum Dums!! AND she looks just like my Aunt Donna in this pic who would be making this exact face if she were eating a Dum Dum!!

OT -Reivka. We LOVE this woman!! She does this different type of therapy that works on Ladybug's reflexes and it ensures that when she does get up and go that it is the right way! She has seen her since she was just a few months old and we treasure her. She always has great advice!

So happy to be with Papa!

PT - Lisa. We also LOVE this woman!!! She is amazing and the combination of her and the other two therapist have been AMAZING for Ladybug! We have see her several months and she just has the best ideas for effective play time!

We met Papa at Sonic for lunch and she was just getting her love in!

Cowboy

Well, he is starting to have more good days than bad and more sweet moments than not. He is so funny and says the craziest things! He tells me these stories every night and they just make me wonder where he gets that kind of imagination! He is pretty awesome. I think he might be growing out of the testing twos which will be good since he will be 5 in a few weeks! He LOVES school! He has had a smiley faces everyday! We are so missing his teacher from last year! Ms. Reagan is great but it is just not the same. We had to go see Mrs. Cameron and give her a hug cause he just missed her so much! He is such an amazing kid. I could just kiss him to death!

His cousin Dom has moved back to Massachusetts and whenever he plays by himself I can hear him talking to Dom. His cousin is his new imaginary friend. It is too cute.

He has started doing "chores" and one of them is taking out the trash.

Him and his Daddy at Josh and Rachel's wedding. He was extra rowdy and behaving was not on the top of his to do list - thus the face. He kept getting in trouble. :o(

Him and Papa playing guitars!

YEA! Mimi and Papa got to come and see his Thanksgiving program.

He was the only boy Indian. They said they had to pick someone that would not cry when they took the costume back. So proud of that boy!

Jenny :o)

Jenny is doing really well! She is always making us laugh....and scream! She is going to the CCMRA Monday through Friday from 8 - 3. She goes out on Friday and Saturday with her friends from the workshop and she loves it! This Friday they are going Bowling then to eat and on Saturday she is going to the Polar Express. I am sending my camera with Terry, the lady in charge of recreation, and she said she will take some pics so when I get them I will post them! Her weekend outings have made a huge difference in her behavior and how she interacts with the family! We are really thankful for that program!
She just had a doctors appointment and she is not on any meds and she is healthy as a horse. We went a couple days ago and got her toes done and her haircut and let me just say......her toes were jacked up before she even got to the car. :o) Graceful is not her thing but she loves to get them done so I guess that is all that matters. She is a blessing and I am glad we get to live with her in our home. Things would not be the same without her for sure.

At the Buddy Walk painting a pumpkin.

At the Halloween dance with the workshop.

This was SO FUNNY!!! Jenny started getting her boogie on and Kenny just walked off and this fella took over then when another slow song came on and Jenny would dance G rated, he would mosey back over. SO FUNNY!!

Kenny and Jenny eating.

Just relaxing in her pjs!

Kenny and Jenny

So, we have had this picture since February but for some reason I was not sure if I should post it or not. I just could not help myself. It is just a cute picture of Jenny and her "buddy" from the CCMRA. He asks on a daily basis for her phone number and on a daily basis Warren tells him NO. Warren is so mean. :-) He told me he wanted to marry her but it was just too expensive to be married. Sure glad he realizes that. He is so cute. He just makes me smile.

Cowboy's Last Day of School

Central Baptist had a Water Day today to celebrate the last day of school and Cowboy's AMAZING teacher sent us some cute pictures so that I could post them. I was so anxious about this whole school thing but Mrs. Cameron is amazing and my little Cowboy just LOVES her! He was writing with sidewalk chalk yesterday and was writing his letters and it just made me so thankful for her.

Pics

Just wanted to share some pics we had taken of Jen and the kids. I think they are so cute!

Tee Ball Practice

Well, Cowboy is in Tee Ball and as you can see in the 3rd picture, it is pretty hard to keep him focused. He is just in his own little word doing his own little thing. Last night he was up to bat in practice and he hit the ball toward the fence instead of toward the field. I am wishing that we had a couple more practices before his game. He is so my baby.

On the way to practice.

Pitching and catching with Daddy and Papa

Ready to do something else.

Jenny's Birthday

So, this is crazy late but Jen's birthday was in MARCH and I am just now doing the post!

She is so funny. Here are some pics from her big day.

La De Da

Just wanted to put some updated pics on here so people would stop nagging at me. :-) I mean that in the nicest way.

Ladybug is doing so well! She just started Physical Therapy with a new therapist and I can see so many new things with her just in the last week. She is playing with toys on her own and sitting up for longer and longer periods of time. She is talking (babbling) more and just suprising us every day. I love it!

Cowboy is also doing well. He is all about anything to do with Ladybug. When she sits up he loves to see how fast he can push her down. He also has a new favorite pass time of taking her toys away. It is great. He also
loves on her all the time and he is the only one that can hold her attention long enough for me to get a bow in her hair! He cracks me up.

Was trying to get a picture with just me and Emma. Yea right!

WOW!! He sits!

Hart Family

My favorite part of the year is whatever week my brothers come down for Christmas. I love being with my entire family with my neices there and my brothers and sister-in-law there. I just love it. This year, they were here Monday - Saturday and Ladybug was in the hospital from before they got here until that Friday with RSV. While I was pretty bummed about not getting as much family time as I would have liked, I am thankful for the time I did get. Here are some pics.
